- Vinci Partners is one of Brazil’s leading private equity firms, with more than R$24 billion under management across its alternative investment platform.
- Cura is one of the most traditional diagnostic medicine groups in the city of São Paulo.
- Cura was acquired by Vinci Partners in 2018 as a consolidation platform in the segment.
