Grupo Green operates in the sale of new and pre-owned light vehicles, after-sales services, consortium plans, and insurance.
With more than 64 years of experience in the sector, Grupo Green is one of the leading light vehicle dealership groups for the Volkswagen, Peugeot, and Citroën brands in the city of São Paulo.

Resulting from a corporate reorganization of Grupo JSL, Simpar is a holding company that controls a group of seven independent companies with more than 32,000 employees.
Automob is Simpar’s subsidiary in the light vehicle segment, formed through the combination of the Original, UAB, Sagamar, and Autostar dealership networks. It represents more than 20 light vehicle brands and four motorcycle brands, and also provides vehicle armoring services.

Maintenance of Grupo Green’s store independence.
Expands Simpar’s product and service offering while also increasing the reach of its store network.
Cross-selling opportunities and synergies for Simpar, Madre Corretora through insurance sales, and Banco BBC.
Scale gains, with a volume of 31,000 vehicles sold in 2021 by the combined company, Grupo Green and Automob.

The acquisition of Grupo Green strengthens Automob’s positioning in the light vehicle segment in the city of São Paulo through the addition of nine stores to Automob’s portfolio: four Volkswagen stores, three Peugeot stores, and two Citroën stores.
